01 General Terms & Conditions

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may hold only one grandbet account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated.

Grandbet reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly if the information provided is inconsistent or if issues arise during KYC verification.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Grandbet supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh — Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 — Each deposit request is typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 — Approved withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 200,000 — This limit may change under special circumstances.
• KYC verification on your account must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Grandbet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

If a transaction appears suspicious or there are concerns about money laundering, grandbet reserves the right to place the payment on hold and conduct an investigation. Additional documentation may be requested during this process.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Grandbet regularly offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all:

• After claiming a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted until the specified wagering requirements have been met.

05 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, grandbet's decision will be considered final.

09 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Grandbet is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or third-party payment provider issues. That said, we always work to resolve such problems as quickly as possible.

Any dispute should first be raised with grandbet's support team for resolution. If it cannot be resolved through support, both parties may agree to settle the matter through mediation.

10 Applicable Law & Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under grandbet's licensing jurisdiction. Members in Bangladesh are also required to comply with locally applicable regulations.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. grandbet's failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
